Intro

KINERA belongs rather to the more expensive "premium" brands in the Chi-Fi world. It is all the more pleasing that one of their hybrids is already available for 20 €.
One can expect a slightly bass accentuated, neutral, unexcited in-ear, which has an audiophile standard.

Handling

The workmanship is top, but it must be said that they are quite small. Actually this shouldn't be a disadvantage, but in this case it is, because it makes the insertion of the in-ears a bit more difficult. The MMCX connectors are too close to the sound hole, which causes the MMCX connectors to block a little bit.

Once you have achieved a proper fit, they are very comfortable to wear. The BD005 are completely closed. This means that not much can penetrate to the outside, but also not to the inside. The insulation is therefore very good in both directions.

The included cable serves its purpose and makes a stable impression. The remote also works perfectly with decent speech intelligibility.

Sound

We are offered a convincing neutral sound with a slight emphasis on the mid-basses.

First of all I would like to emphasize the treble. Here I have to compliment KINERA. It's certainly not the best there is in terms of detail and resolution, but they are there in the upper range. They are very relaxed, unagitated and spatial without getting hissing or prickly, this only partially appears when you want to destroy your hearing.
I point this out because I sometimes have the feeling that many Chi-Fi manufacturers deliberately boost the high frequency ranges of the trebles, just to underline that they have built something special with a balanced armture driver. Apart from the fact that the balanced armature driver is now almost standard from 15 € (China), it is not necessary at all to use and listen to the sonic advantages of the bass in the mid/high range.

The mids have a slight warmth, but are basically neutral. Sometimes a bit thin, especially in male voices. In contrast, the higher frequencies in the mid range are very well tuned and very lively.

The bass is very textured. There is a nice balance between low and mid bass, but sometimes it also seems a bit bloated when the music puts a lot of strain on the bass. All in all a very dynamic bass with great impact.

The stage is average in this price segment, but the spatial presentation is convincing!

Outro

For those who like it a bit more relaxed and are annoyed by all the in-ears with V-signature, this is a great alternative. For the price it's also a real bargain. Comfort meets neutral sound with dry bass

Legend

Haptic:

Here the processing plays a role and the usability of the scope of supply. Additionally the appearance, wearing comfort and robustness.

Value:
Here I evaluate for me subjectively the price/performance ratio - does not flow into the evaluation!

Z: No Brainer

A: money well spent

B: all right, you can do

C: gives better for less money

D: overpriced

E: collector's price

Daily life:
Here, I focus on the long-term audibility and whether I can hear it well out of the box. This is of course very subjective and therefore only a minimal deduction or bonus.
