Intro

I've always been a bit afraid of reviewing pure Bluetooth in-ears, because I haven't had a Bluetooth in-ear that was really good yet, and I've always had the feeling that I'm losing music quality through the transmission, even if it's rather unfounded with the latest standards.
Since Bluetooth headphones are more and more in demand in the audiophile world, I bend and put my prejudices aside.

Handling

The BE SPORT4 really makes a stable and high-quality impression.
Since the battery is housed in the earphones, it is bigger and longer than many other in-ears, but it doesn't weigh much more and the included earhooks in different sizes ensure a secure hold even with excessive movement. Basically, the BE SPORT4 is also very comfortable to wear, but in the long run and for some sports activities only to a limited extent.
What I quickly notice is the repeatedly occurring underpressure, which can be compensated by briefly venting the in-ears, but it is a bit annoying in the long run, because the sound becomes so dull. However, if I use the number smaller from the essays, I lose bass quality.

With the right attachments the BE SPORT4 seals extremely well. On the one hand this is optimal, because the isolation is excellent, but on the other hand you can hear every noise you make (breathing etc.).

Unfortunately, you are more or less dependent on the included attachments for this, as the sound tubes are unusually wide with a width of almost 7mm. So my form tips do not fit, which would also prevent the negative pressure.
With Bluetooth 4.1 the BE SPORT4 is no longer up to date, but it comes with AAC (iPhone) and aptX (Andoid), which improves the transmission quality a lot.

The battery life is very good with 10 hours. And the charging time of 1.5 hours is also more than acceptable. If it has to go fast 15 minutes charging time for 2 hours listening fun is enough.

Sound

Speaking of listening fun, the BE SPORT4 comes with a racy V-signature and is more concerned with keeping the motivation in sports high than with satisfying truly audiophile demands.

The bass is powerful and can develop a lot of pressure. It should make sure that we stay focused by the driving beats and it works very well, because he not only focuses on the mid bass, but also goes deep.

However, he covers the lower mids a bit with his force, which makes them seem a bit bloated. Unfortunately, they can't completely compensate for this, as they are already somewhat reduced by their nature. This makes male voices more distant. But what you have to keep in mind is the clarity and the spatial representation. These deliver a very good 3D image. It's not particularly deep, but it's well done in terms of height and width. Thus, the music always remains interesting despite the bass emphasis.

The highs are the weakest. That's not to say that they go completely under and are too dark. On the contrary, they are quite bright and also bring a good portion of details with them. But it's the sibilants that appear from time to time and in the higher range, a subliminal clash, which denies them a higher rating. One would wish for more openness and airiness. Everything seems a bit pressed.

Outro

The BE SPORT4 leaves me with a laughing and crying eye.
Positive is the driving bass, the wide stage and the funny signature. However, there is a lack of clarity, especially in the highs, the bass makes the sound a bit grumpy, the midrange lacks assertiveness and so the dynamics in general are somewhat left behind.
If you are looking for a well-fitting, long playing and well processed Bluetooth in-ear with more focus on electronic or modern music in your workout, this is the right one. But when it comes to musical demands, the BE SORT4 can't quite keep up. Unfortunately, the price should not make the decision any easier.

Legend

Haptic:

Here the processing plays a role and the usability of the scope of supply. Additionally the appearance, wearing comfort and robustness.

Value:
Here I evaluate for me subjectively the price/performance ratio - does not flow into the evaluation!

Z: No Brainer

A: money well spent

B: all right, you can do

C: gives better for less money

D: overpriced

E: collector's price

Daily life:
Here, I focus on the long-term audibility and whether I can hear it well out of the box. This is of course very subjective and therefore only a minimal deduction or bonus.
